    when using DVD2AVI to rip the audio from vobs to a wav does it become 2 or 5.1 channel?

    Not speaking from DVD2AVI perspective, but I believe that a wav can only be 2-channel stereo (or mono).

    If you select demux dolby digital, then it should be the 5.1 dolby track.
