    What camera should i use and where can i purchase it if i want my video to look like it was from the 1920's, if you guys need visual evidence look up the music video from modernage-bella on youtube thats exactly the same effect i want to capture. THANKS!!!!!!!

    That's surely not an effect related to the camera, but rather to post procuction. A similar effect can be done with as simple app as Windows Movie Maker. I'll move you to the editing forum.

    The MSU old film filter for virtualdub will no the noise/scratches/grain effects. You may find your editor already does something similar, many do (Vegas, Videostudio, even Quicktime filters has one). The frame is a simple mask, by with vertical jitter added. Again, some old film filters will do the jitter for you.

    If you want your audio to match the image, have a look at the iZotrope Vinyl audio plugin, which can mimic anything back to 1930's 78rpm records. Very nice for a freebie.
