    Hi all,

I cannot install the ffmpegx binaries. Downloaded them from the locations I was given in the dialog box, located them, and the I got the following message:

##rcmd: getaddrinfo: No address associated with nodename
tar (child): /Applications/Audio\:Video/ffmpegX.app/Contents/Resources/mux.tgz: Cannot open: (null)
tar (child): Error is not recoverable: exiting now

gzip: stdin: unexpected end of file
    /Applications/Audio:Video/ffmpegX.app/Contents/Resources/gnutar: Child returned status 2
/Applications/Audio:Video/ffmpegX.app/Contents/Resources/gnutar: Error exit delayed from previous errors

after cklicking OK, the dialog box is there again with the names and addresses of the binaries shown in red. I greatly appreciate any help!

Put ffmpegX directly in the Applications folder, not in a subfolder called "Audio/Video".
(The "/" character should be avoided in filenames or foldernames anywhere in a BSD operating system. This is not OS 9 anymore...)
