I downloaded a WMV file from one of the paid website.After the period has expired I can not play the file any more even I downloaded to my computer.Is there way to decode that?or a program that convert that WMV file to DVD so I can watch it again.Please advise.Thanks.

Buy it on dvd or some other media that doesn't expires. You are only allowed to discuss how to backup video that you have bought and don't expires here.
