    Hi Please help!!!!!!

    I'm working on a project that somebody else has started wihich uses alot of adobe after effects logos.

    I was wondering what is the best way to import adobe after effects files into adobe premiere?

    I have tried exporting the after effects files as avi's but when they are in adobe premiere I cant see them in the monitor??

    please help!

    If you haven't already tried this specifically, export as DV AVI as this is the native format for Premiere Pro and will (should) be seen in the monitor.

    Also make sure your project settings are correct for PAL.
