Did VCDGEAR fall of the Face of the EARTH?

i found that VCDGEAR can Convert those stupid *.RAW tracks from videopack 4 into workable dat files but the thing is i cant find it ANYWHERE the new gui version i mean. and the website i cant get a hold of.

wat happend to you vcdgear oh were did you go?

and also im trying to look for winoncd. well a demo at least that can at least convert videopack 4 into a format that CDMAGE can convert to dat.

any light shead on this would be great guys
