  1. Please help.

Trying to run VCDGear and I am getting an error message 'server Execution failed'
After OK'ing that I then get 'Access violation at address00522937 in mobile vcdgear.exe'.
Again after OK'ing that I get another message Read of address 00000164.

I have used Vcdgear for a few years now and this is the first time I have had problems.

I have just formatted the hard drive and installed a different version of XP that I normally use.
I have service pack 2 installed which has never caused probs before.
Also I have norton systemworks 2003 installed but again this has never stopped me in the past.

    Any help would be appreciated..
