I have some home videos that I have loaded on my computer and would like to burn them to DVDs that will play in normal DVD players and not just my computer. I have NERO 7 Premium but have had no luck burning the videos to a DVD. What do I need to do to correct the problem?
Thanks

You need a decent authoring program. I'm assuming your MPEGs are DVD compliant for the video and audio. For the DVD specification and format, see 'WHAT IS' DVD to the upper left on this page. <<<<<<
For an authoring program, TMPGEnc DVD Author is easy to use. For freeware, try DVD Authorgui or GUI for dvdauthor. Then use ImgBurn to burn to disc. You will be better off if you leave Nero out of the equation entirely. It does OK at burning, but not to well at much else.
Most all the tools available on our 'Tools' page also have guides associated with them, at the bottom of each tool page.
There are also links to other guides for authoring, in 'AUTHOR' to the left. <<<<<<
And welcome to our forums.
