    This system tray app lets you create 3 different brightness levels for your screen. It REALLY takes the strain off your eyes, especially if you have an LCD display.

    Very cool tool. But it denotes that it requires 64Megs of system RAM - seems kind of steep.

    The 64MB is the system requirement, likely not the amount of memory used by the program. They usually put that in for users of W98 or other systems that may not have much system memory. But that's just a guess.
