Friends just gone home after new year festivities. They brought their holiday dvd's recorded on a dvd camcorder for me to sort as they don't play on any dvd player. They do play however in my Pioneer 110D burner but I can't copy them to my hard drive or open in TMPGEnc (unsupported file) which seems to be the recommended solution for RTAV files in these forums. I've tried every other application, nero, instant cd/dvd, studio 9, ulead videostudio 10. Friends no longer own the dvd camcorder, took it back weren't happy with it.
    Any help appreciated.

Please wait some days before you bump/reply to the topic.

Try isobuster or on another computer dvd drive. See https://forum.videohelp.com/viewtopic.php?t=185711 .

8cm DVD-RW but in explorer don't see normal disc structure - has an RTAV folder.

Thanks for your advice Baldrick. I downloaded isobuster @ £18.75 and saved the files to my hard drive. Then burned them all to a DL disc.
