    Is there a way that i can record my xbox play? People say that i need to buy a capture card to do it but is there a way that i can just hook it up to my PC and record directly?

    Just get a DVD recorder. Works just as well for me. They don't cost that much.

    If your video card comes with Video In, yes.

    Now, if your video card does not come with Video In, you need to get a cheap TV tuner card with S-Video and Composite capture capabilities.
