ripit4me says it should point to fixvts.

i installed ripit4me (dvd decripter, shrink) and used it perfectly. I installed it on a friends computer (no internet) and it didn't work right. One problem we got was it said somthing like, some file points to (somthig).exe but should point to FixVTS.
When I got home, I tried mine again and this time it did the same thing as it did at his house. Mine used to open in DVD Shrink but now it doesn't. What is wrong? I couldnt find FixVTS anywhare. Any help would be aprpreciated. Thank you,

Also, on the RipIt4Me homepage, there's an executable installer for RipIt4Me that includes FixVTS, if I remember correctly.
