source is 16:9 according to avicodec. As soon as i encode it to 720x576 and select 16:9, avicodec says its 4:3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and wmp plays it in 4:3. However gspot says its 16:9 and vlc and powerdvd play it as 16:9. I use dvd patcher to patch the header(even though it said its 16:9 any) but the result is the same. These wmv/asf conversions are getting on my tits now
Used tmpgenc and cinemacraft, bith do it except CC makes a right mess of it too lol![]()

Cheers lads ill us gspot then in future.
From my other thread
DONE perfect DVD. All i needed was flashget! It downloaded the fastest and the file opened in EVERYTHING. I must have tryed 6-7 applications to download off the msn video mms urls. Flashget it the only one thats flawless for downloading Asf/wmv streams. So when someone next asks, you know what to tell them. thanks for all ypur help.
