    the program is downloaded now i apparantly need drivers to be able to encrypt my dvds

    I didn't think DVD43 needs much of anything. It's just a front end decryption program. If you are backing up DVDs, you could use DVD Shrink and then burn with ImgBurn. All freeware. The only driver, actually codec, you probably need is the MPEG-2 codec or a suitable software player that installs it if you want to view DVD/MPEG-2 files on the computer.

    Or what video format do you want to end up with after you decrypt the DVDs? If it's something like Xvid, then you need that codec and a program to use it, maybe AutoGK, for one.
