    Hi,

    I want to change 25 fps sup file to 29.97 fps sup.

    Is there any software capable of doing that without converting first to text etc.

    Easy way (for me, at east): use dvdsupdecode, edit the generated .txt file slightly, save as .sub, change FPS with Subtitle Workshop, save ane edit .sub file to make .txt file again, use dvdsupencode to make .sup file again. Search for the thread where I detailed that process...
