    How to change the FPS of a subtitle file (SRT) easily? Any tool please?

    most will do.

    i use an old one called subtitle tool

    try subtitle workshop

    Or SubtitleCreator. File->Open Text Subtitle followed by Synchronize->Convert Frame Rate and finally File->Save SRT.

    Subtitle Edit has an option for that. Just tried it with version 2.9.1. Go to "options", "change frame rate". No install is required for this program.
