Good Morning,
I don't know whether the terminology of "Batch Frame/Image cropping" is correct or not so I'll explain what I would like to do. I will be creating an avi file extracted from a Google Earth tour. I will be including this segment in a Christmas video. I would like to only use the middle 70% of the frame as I don't want the Google Earth logos and Lat/Lon updates to appear in it. Is there any avi / video editors that can accomplish this?
Cheers,
Dave

For avi ... vdub ... video > filters > resize .
Back in previous box , you'll be given the option "crop" ... it'll be available now .
Go here , and set the cut off's as required .
It's a funny thing to use ... esspecially setting the resize to take into account the cutoff's so as not to distort the clip and keep original size ... without adding too much picture degradation in quality .
For mpeg / vob ... virtualmod , same process . -
Personal choice, but I would add the Null Transform filter first, and do the cropping required. I would then exist the filter dialog (click OK), then come back in and add the Resize filter. Slightly different approach to achieve the same outcome.
