    i want to convert only the audio stream of a video leaving the video unchanged. how to go about it?

    can i run SUPER on my 1ghz 256mb ram PC?

    demux, do what you gotta to audio, mux back with new audio
    depending on file type you'll use different tools for that

    no idea about 'super' and your PC specs...
    how about RTFM or install it and try it out for yourself, whats the problem? its not like it have to be compiled first

    SUPER encoder will do the job on your PC for audio. It will demux audio from video into almost any format you want. Trying video encoding on the same PC may take some time.
