I have a number of TS files which contain DTS audio. DTS audio isn't supported for streaming to a PS3 so I've demuxed the TS file using ProjectX. I then converted the DTS audio to AC3 (using eac3to) and then muxed the M2V and AC3 together using tsMuxeR. I then converted this to a Program Stream (mpg) using HDTVtoMPEG2.
What I'm now finding is that these files are shown as having no duration.
How do I fix this? What could be the cause?
Thanks.

Try multiplex the m2v and ac3 directly to mpg with imagompeg-muxer or tmpgenc (file->Mpeg tools->simple multiplexer).
What video player are you testing with? -
As Baldrick said, you can go directly from M2V to MPG ---
no need for an intermediate TS.
