    hi,
im tring to follow this guide
    https://forum.videohelp.com/viewtopic.php?t=219535
that explain how to add and srt sub to an exsisting dvd movie with dvd-lab pro .

Now, in order to make sure my srt sub is sync with the movie i converted the dvd to an avi and run them both in subtitle workshop and the match was perfect .

neverthelese my output project is suffering from a 1+ seconds sync problem , which i cant explain why this is happening .
i tried also a pal project and a ntsc project (in dvd-lab pro) but the same sync problem occured.
and i also cant just set a delay to the srt in subtitle workshop because over there as i said the match is perfect.

anyone know why this could happen and is there a way to avoid it ?

    thanx .

    p.s
sorry for posting it here and not in the guide post but there it so old no one is watch it for answer question , the only one who watch it is a newbie like me .

Try using DVDSubEdit for moving your subtitles to the correct place.

    It' s works great.

Now, in order to make sure my srt sub is sync with the movie i run them both in subtitle processor 7.5 and the match was perfect (my .srt was edit and sync with subtitlr processor 7.5)

nevertheless my output project is suffering from a 1+ seconds sync problem , which i cant explain why this is happening .
i tried also a pal project and a ntsc project (in dvd-lab pro) but the same sync problem occured.

anyone know why this could happen and is there a way to avoid it ? (Original movie is Ntsc).

    thanx .

I can't say what the problem might be in DVD Lab Pro, but if the problem is with the srt file, VisualSubSync is a god send. It shows you a visual representation of the audio to sync the subtitle to. Very easy to use, and dead on accurate sync.
