  1. This case is not like the other video when the audio distorts after the video had a stop and rec. In this case since the video was recorded poorly these shocks are more difficult to predict and control and happen more often. In order to successfully transfer this I will require lots of re-capturing going by segments monitoring the whole process. In my view this problem has to be eliminated rather then controlled. I need advice what do I do?

    No is not on the tape is a distortion of the signal coming from the dazzle...

  7. The quality is fine. It converts to DV which is then captured as DV-AVI. You can't really get any better than that.
