i have tryed three time now to convert from a avi file to mpeg so i can burn as a vcd. i get most or half way though and keep getting a error
it says floating decimal error . i have the latest copy and am follow ing the help files directly.
any clues how to stop this from happening .? sorry probaly basic stuff but i am stuck. thanks
i useing a p3 933 with 512 ram and no other programs running.
the setting i useing are
mpeg 1 ,4:3 NTSC,29.97 FPS,1150 bitrate, buffer 40kb, sorce 1:1 vga ,Video-CD NTSC (MPEG-1 352x240 29.97fps CBR 1150kbps, Layer-2 44100Hz 224kbps)
any help would be apreciated thanks
