Anyone know how I would convert a vcd to a dvd? Never tried this before. Is there special software I need to be able to do this? Thank you

VCD video format is already DVD compatible. You need just to change the audio sampling rate from the VCD standard of 44.1Khz to the DVD sampling rate of 48Khz. TMPGEnc DVD Author can do this automatically. That's probably the easiest method.
For the DVD format, see 'WHAT IS' DVD to the upper left. <<<<<< -
Tmpgenc DVD Author is probably the simplest way. Use ISOBuster to extract the mpeg-1 stream from the VCD structure. Import this into TDA, which will upsample the audio to a compliant 48 kHz, and yu are done. Create a menu and compile to finish.
