I have one clip which is xvid format. Movie is bad and i want to edit(color correction, sharpen) and others filters.
My goal is to make dvd from that bad xvid.
So, does is better to convert xvid to dv avi and then applying filters(i want to edit with avisynt filters and then with CCE) or is better to make avisynth script(apply filters) and directly to load file in CCE ?
What can be better?

Most avisynth filters will be working in uncompressed RGB colorspace.

I'd go for the latter method, as it involves one reencoding stage less, but I doubt there will be a big difference in end quality.

Depending on the original frame size of the XVID file, the conversion to DV-AVI could possibly introduce artifacts / blockiness as a result of the resizing up to 720 x 480 / 576. These will only be magnified through the conversion to DVD unless you add some filters. Therefore, IMHO you'd be better off working on the XVID file directly.
However, you could always make up a 30 second sample and try both methods yourselfIf in doubt, Google it. -
Less coversion stages=better quality, therefore XviD->DVd would be better.

If you use AviSynth or even VirtualDub to apply filters and no major editing is needed then you can go directly from Xvid to MPEG-2 DVD spec.
No reason to go to DV AVI first unless you really need to do some extensive editing such as moving things around (order wise) or adding transitions or text etc.

1.When i want to load that xvid file in avisynth does i load with avisource or directshow
2.And second, my xvid file is deinterlaced, because i want to make dvd using avisynth and cce, i dont know does is important to check output top field or bottom field. So whats the "formula" when making xvid to dvd about bottom/top field ?
3.Because my xvid is deinterlaced, i dont must to add some "interlaced" flag -
