The plan is i have my computer hooked up to my SAMSUNG 23" FLAT PANEL HDTV LCD TV / MONITOR LN-S2338W and it is looks great i think the highest my video card can go is 1280 x somthing i think is like 720i its a radeon 9800 pro. But when i watch tv through time warner standard cable the (80 channels) sometime the picture is not clear. The device listed above is suppose to be able to put out a res. of
VGA Output Mode -
640x480 @ 60Hz/75Hz
800x600 @ 60Hz/75Hz/85Hz
1024x768 @ 60Hz/75Hz/85Hz
1280x1024 @ 60Hz
If i hook it to my tv will it make my picture clearer comming from my computer? Somebody help me please LOL!

I don't think that box gets you anything that you don't have now. It is a standard TV tuner that outputs to a computer monitor over VGA. It does nothing to help cable reception and would be worse than connecting the cable box directly to your TV.
Your LCD-TV already has a SD tuner and can accept VGA input from a computer card.
For computer connection, all you need is a dual head display card and run VGA to the computer. Best resolution to use is 1280x768. Next best is 1280x1024. -
Yeah I already have my computer hooked up to my TV using the dual vga inputs. I have it on my secondary desktop. My question is if i hook my time warner cable up to it then output it on my tv through my secondary desktop will the picture quality get any better thanks for the quick response.
