This is my first post to the Videohelp.com forums, although I've been a member for a couple years. I was just wondering if anyone has encountered this problem TMPGEnc.
I've been using TMPGEnc (Beta 12, from 2000) for a number of years and have just begun to notice that it encodes bad frames. I've attached an example image. Has anyone run into this problem with TMPGEnc? Thanks in advance for any feedback or suggestions.
