I've got it configured how I want, but whenever I reboot, I get no audio from the TV app (including live and recorded) until I toggle the input control, at which time the sound "initializes", for lack of a better term. All other features work as advertised.

    Using:
    Catalyst Driver Version 6.2 (WDM)
    ATI DAO/MDAC version 9.1
ATI Multimedia Center (MMC) Version 9.06.1
ATI Remote Wonder Software Version 3.04

Of course I'm annoyed, since all schedules recordings record without audio unless I check the input after every reboot. I'm assuming not a driver problem as it works find once I intervene in this way.

    Thank you for any input.

Most likely a software glitch, sounds like the sound isn't being initialised during startup, but when you toggle the input, it is then started.

Reinstalling the software should correct it.

    Hi,

I should have posted this earlier... fell off my radar. I did reinstall, and it did correct it. Only when I reconstructed my preferred recording profile, it happened again. Modifying the settings slightly (making the audio encoding 192kbs instead of 128 kbs, for example) corrected the problem altogether.

Some combination of my settings (found at the site below), seems to have given MMC a bit of indigestion. Everything is working now, however.

    Thanks for the reply!
