  1. Hi
I am trying to display video on TV through my GFX card, It has a 6pin S-video connection so i got a 6PIN - 4PIN S-Video adapter. I have used a high quality gold plated pudney cable to connect it to my Yamaha reciver. But iam unable to see the picture on my tv set. I used a RCA to check and it works. But svideo doesnt. Am i going wrong anywhere.?

All my computer specs are in my signature

Did you enable the S-video display in your video card settings? You should see two monitors there, your computer monitor and your TV. You may need the TV hooked up before booting the computer to enable the output.
