    Hi,

    I've recorded some video+audio using my Logitech QuickCam software and the audio has a lot of background noise which I wish to elemenate.

    How can I do this?

    Try some audio editor (Goldwave, Audacity, SoundForge to name a few), and play around with the filters, to see if you can filter out the noise.
