can someone help me enhance mpeg audio? i have an mpeg of my brother being goofy before he got sick and i dont have a clue how to enhance the poor audio. i tried to upload it but it didnt work. i can email it too you if you are interested in helping. thank you...

You need to "demux" the video clip....meaning separate the audio from the video(the original video will be UNTOUCHED....don't worry). Then use a regular audio editor like Goldwave or something similar to increase the volume.
