help converting h264 to wmv-hd or ts

hi im new and need help. can someone point me in the right direction. I have a tv show in high def h264 (plays perfect on pc) and I would like to watch it on my xbox 360 through media center. xbox wont play h264 files but it plays ts fils perfectly. how do I encode the h264 file into a wmv-hd file or ts file. I would like it to be the same quality as the original. any help appreciated. tools suggestions and guides appreciated.

avisynth to windows media encoder.

I followed the avisynth to windows media encoder guide https://forum.videohelp.com/viewtopic.php?t=284288

it still wont open in windows media encoder. but it plays in wmp. am I missing something, how do I get it to open in windows media encoder?
