I have a game that is an iso file and mdf file, but I'm not sure how to play this on my computer. Can anyone tell me how I might be able to do that?

Thank you for your help. But when I mounted it on Daemon or Alcohol, it brought up files I'm not sure which to use to open the game up:

    SLES_537.02
    Modules.DAT
    IOPRP.IMG
    System file

    AND

    Data folder containing:
    AFS files and DIR
If I burn these files onto CD-ROM will I be able to play them on my PC?

how is this possible? Playstation is a totally different disk isn't it? Not a CD ROM. I was given this to play on my computer as I don't even have a playstation.

Does this mean it's unplayable on my computer?

ps2 games come on in both normal cd and dvd flavors. i'd have to agree it appears to be an image of Resident evil 4 NTSC for ps2.
