I'm not clear on what you would want to do with the Roxio program. Shrink certainly doesn't need it for anything. If you need to decrypt a newer DVD, RipIt4Me works well, or even DVDFab Decrypter. If you want to burn it, there is a version of Shrink that automatically burns to DVD with ImgBurner: http://forum.digital-digest.com/showthread.php?t=63869 These are all freeware programs and work very well.

But tell us the plan and we might be able to give you some suggestions.

I want to burn back up DVD

Use DVD Shrink and output to an ISO file then burn the ISO with ImgBurn.

Edit: So you already have the VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folders? Open ImgBurn, hit CTRL+ALT+B and drag the VIDEO_TS into ImgBurn and burn it to DVD.
