Hi, I was wondering if someone could give me some advice on how I could go about taking the date and time out of a home video I recorded. Does anyone know of some editing tools or something to remove this. It's in the bottom right hand corner of the video. I want to completely remove the date and time....so how would I go about doing that??? Can anyone help me.

Search for Virtualdub and the delogo filter. It works best where the image to be removed has a degree of transparency, which your does not, so don't expect complete removal.

  3. Pure Motion has a knockout filter that's good for removing camera time and date stamps.

  5. giladvalkor,

Normally Delogo is the best choice, but unless the time is exactly the same and does not change, Pure motion would be a better choice in this instance.
