  1. In the past, I'm pretty sure you could see when the thread was originally created and then the date of the last post to that thread. It would seem now, you can only see the date of the last post to the thread.

Is there any way to bring back the view to see the date the thread was originally started?

Has this ever been answered?? It's really frustrating not knowing if you are looking at a post that is five days old, five months or Heaven knows how old.

What Happened? I looked at all of my settings, but nothing seems to have an effect.

It doesn't show when you look at 'Today's Posts', but it will show when you open the thread if you look at the first post. Something that's being worked on.
It is hard to spot old threads as is.

Okay. That makes more sense to me then. I hardly ever go directly to the forums. I just scan the front page.

Yep, i only pay attention to the dates if i actually open a thread.

If it is something that interests me i'll open it otherwise i don't really pay any attention to it.

I go straight to the forums.
If you look a the index of posts for that forum, you have no way of telling how old the thread is. You just know the last post to it. Before, the original thread date was given along with the original poster who created the thread.

Yeah, it makes it real difficult to tell how old something is until you search the thread for the original post date.
