jpeg2mpg and YUV colorspace

I use this command to convert JPEG to YUV streams

jpeg2yuv -n 50 -I p -f 25 -j IMAGE.JPG | mpeg2enc -n p -f 8 -o STREAM.M2V

but sometimes I get a green stream, like this :




what codec is missing ? or what is wrong ?

**ERROR: [jpeg2yuv] Unsupported sampling factors!
To resolve this, simply lower the quality of the jpeg exported from photoshop, then make the m2v still.
