    Hi,
    can anyone educate me as to whether the Elite Video BVP-4 is capable of processing PAL video as I was considering buying one if it does

    Yes it works on PAL-signal. I live in "PAL-land" Sweden and use it with
    my PAL-VCR and NTSC-VCR as well.
