Audio-Video Synchronous problem

Hi
I am using the Eazy VCD to convert the DVD to VCD (http://www.eazyvcd.tk/).
I try one DVD, it take 14 hours to complete but what I found the AV is not Synchronous. I don’t know whats go wrong. (any setting or else)

But why convert to VCD now that DVD burners, media and players are so cheap ?

1. Maybe there are more house holds have VCD players than DVD players in India. VCD did not happened in U.S., EU, and Downunder, but it has a strong market acceptance in South Asia.

2. Download Freeware version of TMPGenc, that can convert DVD mpeg2 to VCD mpeg1 for free.

YES, in Inida Still VCD is very popular, but both of the replies dont help me. Any other converter, which done the same job, fast & accurate.
