"Skipping" boy image file .60 mb Read about before; can't find...

About 6 months ago, I read a couple of threads mentioning a small file on some discs. The file contains an image of a boy that appears to "skip" in front of a background of vaguely-yellow dots or dull sunbursts. Those of you who have seen it know what I'm talking about. It only lasts about 1 second. I remember there was some significance about the file, but don't remember its importance or what to do about it...
If someone remembers the threads about the discussion and can direct me there I'd appreciate it...
I tried searching the forums but "skipping" is obviously a bad search word for my topic, and "boy" yields lots of Oh, boys!" Please don't think I'm being lazy-- i just can't find the correct threads/info... Or I don't know the proper search terms... This is my first post in a year. Thanks ahead.
