I run duel moniters so that I can watch video on one and work on the other. For some reason when my cursor is not on the video that is playing it will start to lag behind the audio and when I do run my mouse over it, it runs in fast forward mode till it catches up with the audio. My ram looks good and I am accessing the video through a 10/100 network and then a Firewire port on another machine. Only thing I can think of is that maybe the CPU is getting pegged out and can not decode the video fast enough (most video is in Xvid format.)
