I am very much a newbie. Using site guides, I have just successfully created my first VCD. Question--how do you convert an individual frame from the mpg file to a JPG image?

    Thanks.

Dont know how to with mpg, but the quality of the jpg from an avi frame should be better.

  3. virtual dub can pull it out of the mpg as well.. (which is what i usually do) it stores it in your clipboard (under video menu)

just paste it into paint or preferably an after market paint program and save as jpg
