    Ive found a file that seems like a reg. rar and par, but the first rar is zzzz.rar.exe

    what this? a MS something? a Trojan? worm? virus? antthr-ax? Black Plague?

  2. It'll open with UnRarX same as any other rar...IIRC it is described within the Finder as a RAR file.

    Don't execute any file if you don't know where it came from, and regardless of the OS you're on. Although the file you describe appears to be a self-extracting RAR (or that's what the person you got it from wants you to believe), you SHOULD be able to unRAR it with WinRAR (OS X version available from www.rarlabs.com). If you can't, it's either password-protected or a trojan. In any case, don't try to run it.
