    My Philips dvd player 710 can only forward and rewind vcd's which have an Sequence GOP Header included. So when I want to rip a DVD to vcd which good quality and fast ripping programm does add the GOP's automatically or with settings ??? What is the newest firmware for the Philips DVD A 710 and where can I download it ?

    TMPGEnc. will add the GOP sequence headers to the MPEG.
    Setting> GOP structure> output interval of sequence header.
    Set it to 1, i.e. each GOP.
