Is there a simple method of deleting bad frames in a DivX Avi file before encoding or in the VCD mpeg after encoding? What I mean by bad frames is that the movie is highly pixulated and unwatchable for a few seconds. This I have found is usually a priblem with the Divx avi file. What I would like to do is to be able to easily find (other than by viewing the whole movie) these bad frames before or after encoding. Any suggestions?
