i downloaded a svcd movie (2 cds) and the sound really sucks (mic dubbed in a german cinema). so i downloaded a divx rip of that movie, reencoded the audio to mp2 and split it in two parts. now i want to mux the video from my svcd rip with that audio. since the beginning of the audio file is not 100% synchronous with the video i need a prog that allows me to specify a time offset for the sound file to start.
which program should i preferrably use for this task?

Check out bbMpeg. I think there is an option for Audio offset.
