How do i set dvd decrypter to read a VOB/VIDEO TS file of my PC. i only want to decrypt a small segment of a 3hr dvd so i have ripped it using shrink and now i need to decrypt it, but dont know the settings for dvd decrypter

You don't need to, just use DVD Shrink. Open your VIDEO_TS with DVD Shrink and click Re-author, drag the video you want over to the left and click the blue icon to the right of the red x. Set your start and end frames and click ok then hit Backup!

If you ripped with Shrink, it's decrypted already.

thanks for the advice, by the way anyone know a good dvd to PSP converter, i have one called pspvideo9, but its strugling a certain DVD file i want to put on my PSP,
