Can i burn dvd movies onto cd-r disks

im sorry if these has been posted in another thread but i couldn't be bothered to seach over a 100 pages I dont think my computer has a dvd burner but i can burn cd disks is there anyway i can burn my .avi movies onto 700mb cd-r disks to play on my dvd player what software do i need please help!!!!

What may be a better choice is a SVCD or the lower quality VCD. You can see information on both to the upper left. <<<<<<

If you have a divx dvd player just burn the avi. If not then buy a divx dvd player.



You could convert to vcd,xvcd,svcd. Check under CONVERT in the menu here to the left.

If you convert to DVD-video it wont work on most players, www.videohelp.com/minidvd
