I am getting an error message when I download a youtube url to Keepit.com. Click and drag URL to Super software. click encode and an error pops up. Need help. Thanks.

What does the error say? SUPER's error messages usually offer suggestions on how to resolve the problem.
That said, I don't think SUPER handles FLV streams directly, but I could be wrong. Also, SUPER can only handle FLV Flash video streams that don't use the VP6 codec or anything other than the default FLV codec.If cameras add ten pounds, why would people want to eat them? -
Here is the error message: An error has occured while encode. The most common possible reasons causig error:
If you do not check "Use DirectShow", you may try to check it on, as you may have a working ActiveX filter installed on your PC that could read the codecs of your input files. Your input source file may not be a valid multimedia clip due to a damanged header, corrputed/segmented data or truncated file. Or maybe your input files has unsupported codecs. Here again, yoy may verify the structure of your input file by double clicking it, the media analysis box opens to display its infor, codecs and other internal data.
