I have several avi videos that I would like to burn to a DVD. Is there a way I can get SVCD 2 DVD to pad the output so that my 320x740 video is not stretched. It is fine with me if its a small square on the screen. It just looks bad if the video is stretched...

While it's in AVI format you could use VirtualDub and the resize filter. Just leave your video the same size and add black frames around it till you get to the size you want. You will probably have to re-encode it, though.
