    i dld avi2dvd and i am really surprised by this piece of software. it features nearly everything you need for good encoding and average dvd authoring. in my case, i have here some tv series which i want to encode, but as the program has you 3 (or 4) encoders i was wondering which one would be the best for xvid/divx to DVD?

    I think both NuEnc or HcEnc are the best.
    And when you select 2 passes final quality is even better.

    Of course it takes too much time, but in some cases it is worth.
